The software „Professional BatMan“ provides every required function for an ideal control and administration of your charge station. An increasing performance and economic efficiency by use of optimally controlled battery changes takes priority at this.

Control of battery changes

The change manager facilitates a reliable battery change unassisted by a battery maintenance worker.
The system quickly and securely detects the matching battery type and provides a forklift fitting battery for all different battery types in the charge stations.
Two different change managers are placed at the disposal depending on the available batteries.

Change Manager 1

Division of the change station into different charger groups per battery type
Each charging unit is equipped with a light indicator, per group one color
The proximate changing battery is displayed in every charger group
Audible alarm signals indicate the disconnection on an invalid charger
Adjustable strategy in case of unavailable fully charged batteries in the respective charger group
Display of changing processes on-screen (BatMan PC)
Permanent overview of the number of charging units in the states of “free”, “charging” and “fully charged” per charger group
Statistics show change frequency and time in each group and each single charging unit

Change Manager 3

Prerequisite: Battery is equipped with an identification modul
Every charger has 2 light indicators (green and white)
Driver identifies the vehicle at the driveway to the charge station
An optimal advice at 2 chargers for the vehicle follows the identification:
Green: Disconnect the full battery at this charger
White: Connect the discharged battery at this charger
Audible alarm signal at connecting or disconnecting at an invalid charger
Adjustable strategy in case of unavailable fully charged batteries for the respective vehicle
Display of change processes on-screen (BatMan PC)
Statistics show change frequency and time for each charger, battery and vehicle

Change Manager 1
-Overview of the battery change frequency
-Statistics on the availability of fully charged batteries at each change process
-An analysis of the statistics enables a reduction of battery stocks on an essential minimum

Change Manager 3
-An intelligent expert function calculates the essential minimum size of the battery stock and illustrates immediately an excess or deficient stock for each battery group
-Automatic calculation of the ratio “Battery per vehicle”
-Record of the points of time where drivers could not get a full battery for a validation of the minimum battery stock

Communication with the driver

The management system facilitates information transfer for drivers in consequence of the non-monitoring by a battery maintenance worker

Driver notifications:
-Prerequisite: touch screen in the charge station
-Electronic “black board” for driver’s messages
-All notifications are individually adjustable
-Transmission of notifications by network to the service point

All charge stations are displayed on a king-sized and clear monitor at a look.
This enables a simple comparison of certain values among each other, e.g. the frequency of battery changes.
